Help, please...

Someone please tell me what proper etiquette is in dealing with two four year olds who decided to have a screaming match right outside their baby brother's door just moments after he went down for a nap. Somewhere, down deep in the logical part of my brain, I'm thinking it isn't actually okay to lock them outside, or put them up for sale on eBay.

Those ARE both bad ideas, right?
