To whom it may concern:

Dear Verizon:

The reason you've been to my house to fix my phone line FOUR times is that the line is still laying on top of the ground, draped around tree trunks and over the tops of thorn bushes... and is not yet buried under the ground, where it is safe from outside interference and destruction. We've lived here two months... it's beginning to seem ridiculous. Any time you'd like to come and bury the phone line... we're fine with it. And it may actually cut down on your work load, because then you won't have to keep coming back every two weeks to fix it. Don't get me wrong, I've really liked being able to tell people visiting my house to just follow the orange wire, but we'd like to do some landscaping soon. And the wire doesn't really fit in to our plans.

Sincerely, An almost annoyed customer.

PS. Outsourcing all your customer service to a foriegn country full of people that don't speak English is NOT a way to make your customers love you.

Dear Dish Network:

It was very mean of you to try and bully my friend around yesterday. I know you thought you could trick her and tell her she had to pay fifty dollars to get a package that included BYUTV... maybe you thought since she was a nice BYUTV watching woman, she would trust you and take your word for it and continue to pay for more programming that she needed. Good thing I was with her, because I know that my programming is not fifty dollars a month, and you saying something is true does not necessarily make it so. So glad that I could go on to your website and pull up a programming list and tell you where to look to see that BYUTV is actually available through the package that is only twenty dollars a month. Excellent training they do out there at Dish Network... really, really excellent!

Sincerely, someone who does NOT like to be pushed around, or taken advantage of. And doesn't like it when it happens to her friends, either. So there.

Dear American Idol:

Your show makes me CRAZY!!! Not in a good way.... in a when did this start being about drama and stop being about singing, way. Seriously... how is it fair to the contestants who never, ever get screen time just because they don't sob uncontrollably or use really awful language, or wear string bikinis, when, most likely, they are the ones that can actually sing and deserve to be seen on a SINGING COMPETITION!! Sheesh!!

Sincerely,

An unhappy fan.

PS. This doesn't mean I'll stop watching.

Dear Biggest Loser Producers:

Your show should really only last twenty minutes. All the drama is ridiculous.

Sincerely,

A fan who loves her DVR.

The end.
